1. General Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Wearceisya website (wearceisya.com) operated by PT Deatextile Indonesia. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You will use the website for lawful purposes only

2. Account & Registration

Creating an account gives you access to order history, wishlists, and faster checkout. You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized access.

3. Products & Pricing

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Promotional discounts may have specific terms and expiration dates

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Wearceisya
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours
• We accept Bank Transfer, E-Wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), QRIS, Credit/Debit Cards, and COD
• Orders can be modified before shipping via WhatsApp

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders above Rp 500.000
• Orders processed within 1 business day
• Delivery 1-6 business days depending on location
• Wearceisya is not responsible for courier delays or force majeure events

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Return shipping for defective items covered by Wearceisya

7. Intellectual Property

All content on wearceisya.com — including the name, logo, product images, designs, and code — is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to PT Deatextile Indonesia. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Wearceisya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
