Are your hijabs made from premium materials?
Yes! We use high-quality voal, diamond italiano, cotton, and premium printed fabrics. Each material is hand-selected for its softness, durability, and breathability.
What sizes do your products come in?
Our hijab segi empat comes in standard 115cm × 115cm. Pashmina sizes are 175cm × 75cm. For apparel, we offer XS through XL. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Do product colors match the photos?
We do our best to ensure photos accurately represent our products. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen display settings and lighting conditions during photography.
Can I request custom designs or colors?
Currently, we don't offer custom orders for individual purchases. However, for wholesale or corporate orders of 50+ pieces, we can accommodate custom designs. Contact us for details.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our marketplace, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can also order via WhatsApp by sending your selection directly to our team.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet. Contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order! You can purchase a single item. However, free shipping applies on orders above Rp 500.000.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery takes 1-3 days for Jabodetabek and 3-6 days for other regions across Indonesia.
Which courier services do you use?
We partner with JNE, SiCepat, J&T Express, and AnterAja. You can choose your preferred courier during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on all orders above Rp 500.000 within Indonesia. For orders below that amount, flat rate shipping starts at Rp 15.000.
Can I track my package?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email once your order is shipped. You can track your package on the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number to initiate a return.
How do exchanges work?
For size or color exchanges, contact us within 7 days. We'll send you a prepaid return label for defective items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), E-Wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), QRIS, Credit/Debit Cards, and COD for select areas.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed via Midtrans, Indonesia's leading payment gateway, with industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Can I pay via installments?
Yes! We offer 0% installments for 3, 6, and 12 months via selected credit cards. The installment option will appear at checkout for eligible cards.
